Schedule & Location

  • Location: Grand Island, NE (In-office position)
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday
  • Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive pay up to $18 per hour + commissions, based on experience
  • Quarterly performance reviews during the first year with earning growth potential of up to $2,000 annually

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Provide professional and courteous customer service over the phone
  • Communicate with consumers regarding account information and payment options
  • Follow approved communication guidelines and company procedures
  • Assist consumers in establishing payment arrangements and identifying payment solutions
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document call activity thoroughly
  • Complete assigned duties with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail

Qualifications & Skills

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple systems and tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and professionalism
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and consistent attendance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Call center, office, or collections experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and phone systems

Work Enviroment

This position is performed in a professional, climate-controlled office environment and involves extended periods of phone communication, computer use, typing, and desk work.
