**Job Summary:**

Credit Management Services, Inc. in Grand Island is seeking a driven, dependable individual to join our team as an Account Associate. In this role, you will use your skip tracing skills to locate consumer assets and facilitate debt collection processes.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

- Employ various skip tracing techniques to locate the correct parties.
- Skillfully overcome objections and propose viable debt payment solutions.
- Conduct thorough verifications for non-right party contacts, gathering essential information.
- Adhere to scripted procedures when interacting with consumers, ensuring professional and effective communication.
- Update customer records accurately and maintain detailed call notes.
- Fulfill any other duties as assigned to support the team.


**Education and/or Experience:**

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred.
