**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

Review and verify account information from both paper and electronic sources.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records throughout the verification process.

Keep all required information promptly updated to support smooth operations within the Account Recovery Department.

Manage sensitive data with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals.

Take initiative and assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
**Qualifications:**

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Experience using computers and phone systems preferred.
**Work Environment:**
As a New Business Verifier, you'll enjoy a comfortable office environment in Grand Island, NE, working regular hours seated at a desk. This role will have you making calls, typing on a standard keyboard, and gathering information on computer screens and in written documents.
